Mike Riley and the Brookfield Buick/ GMC service team are exceptional!! On Sun., May 2nd, our 2011 Regal was towed to the shop due to an overheated engine. On Monday we met with Service Advisor Mike, givin exceptional!! On Sun., May 2nd, our 2011 Regal was towed to the shop due to an overheated engine. On Monday we met with Service Advisor Mike, giving him the run down of our car's problem. Later in the day, Mike informed us by phone, that the water pump chain had failed, and that the repairs would be costly. They had the parts in stock. We already knew from past experience with other cars/trucks that Brookfield Buick/ GMC had serviced for us, that they had the expertise to do the job right. We confidently, and without hesitation, gave the go ahead for the repairs. Repairs were completed on Tuesday. At the time of pick up, Mike patiently explained to my husband and I, (in somewhat layman's terms) the repairs, along with telling photos of the failed parts. An unexpected complimentary 5% senior discount was applied to the total cost of repair. Thank You Brookfield Buick/ GMC for your professionalism and expertise, and the continuous reassurance you give your customers. More
The radio is still broke. You looked at it and couldn’t find out what was wrong with it. My husband said that the glitch happens when you drive it around. On May 6th I inquired about a Buick Enclave that was on the lot which I was told was available. On May7th I worked everything out with my bank to purchase the vehicle. At 11am I called and talked to John a the lot which I was told was available. On May7th I worked everything out with my bank to purchase the vehicle. At 11am I called and talked to John and asked him to send a purchase contract to my bank so I could pick the vehicle up on Monday with no issues. John said ok and that he would call me back. At 3:15pm he called me back stating he sold it since I talked to him. I was shocked seeing as I literally asked him to send the purchase contract over, stating I was going to purchase the vehicle. This is absolutely unacceptable. I hope people do NOT do business with you guys because your company is very shady. How unprofessional. More

We called on Saturday May 2 around lunch, asking about a truck listed online. Got a quick callback that confirmed the truck was available, and told them we’d be up in an hour(we live in Deerfield, IL). Look truck listed online. Got a quick callback that confirmed the truck was available, and told them we’d be up in an hour(we live in Deerfield, IL). Looked at the truck, took it for a drive and made the purchase, only adding running boards. The truck was ready to pick up the following Wednesday.
