The offer was too good to pass up and they then located a vehicle that was similar to the one I was looking for. However, since it had other options I had not requested they charged only a fraction of what the retail cost was for those options. More

Replace the transfer case. I took my 2013 Terrain in because a could hear a loud grinding sound. It was diagnosed as a failure in the transfer case.
