I brought it in for a leak. It was some issue that was from the manufacturer. I was given a loaner and my car was repaired and I requested an oil change. Service was completed as discussed . however the use of mailed coupons left in the car was not done . In addition,GM card with $250 promotion was not given and had to push the issue to g however the use of mailed coupons left in the car was not done . In addition,GM card with $250 promotion was not given and had to push the issue to get refunded And I had to pay a 3% CC FEE OF $130 to use the card to get the rebate!Very frustrated . And the car wash cleaning was not very good at all. Colin did his best to get me the $250 back but had No control over the credit card fee and coupons To the manager, I will be considering another dealer for service and subsequent purchases because of the 3% fee More
