Explained features and offered suggestions and tips without adding any pressure. Martinis listened carefully to our feedback and interests and bridged communication with other dealer staff to make our purchase experience less stressful and much easier. We have had our vehicles serviced at Mike Juneau’s for many years the service staff is very good and the Service Manager Tim Lisowski is a customer satisfaction oriented person.
