It took 3 phone calls to get a call back for service. If a mechanic took that car for a drive in a timely fashion, and it took 4.5 hours to find a solution, I have very little confidence in your service If a mechanic took that car for a drive in a timely fashion, and it took 4.5 hours to find a solution, I have very little confidence in your service department if there was something really wrong with my car. My 4x4 light was engaged and it was driving choppy in the lower gears. I'm not a mechanic but that strike me as something like that should take 4 hours. More
