Brought car in to have them look at cooled seats and upon start up the car makes a louder whirring noise for about a minute and then calms down to quiet normal engine sounds. Both items I was told were normal and functioning, advised me to not have the car on all the way "Low" setting for the seats and that I may not feel the cooled seats the way I am sitting on the seat....I used to feel it all the time. It stopped working. I feel nothing now, but apparently they ARE functioning according to the tech. Also the engine noise is STILL there, after every start, so I'm not sure why the 4 techs they had standing around the car did not hear it at all....it's not normal. Something is wrong. Glad they didn't charge me for a diagnostic test because if they did and then told me things were "normal" I would be even more upset. But I'm here now, after waiting 2.5 weeks for an appointment and I'm no closer to having an answer. I'm just disappointed. More
