Friendly enough, however I purchased a $2,500+ extended warranty for my Yukon Denali in January directly from this dealer. And was told basically bumper-bumper coverage beside routine maintenance of course warranty for my Yukon Denali in January directly from this dealer. And was told basically bumper-bumper coverage beside routine maintenance of course. A few months later the motor no longer works on my retractable running boards. When they called it into the warranty company I was told that the company said ‘not covered because it’s an accessory!” xxx… The Denali didn’t have an option to not have these retractable boards!!! They didn’t fight for it. GMC chose this ext. warranty company for their clients and it is useless for anything electronic or anything extra that comes on the Denali level.. they will call it an accessory!! The service center and/or warranty sales did not push hard enough with this warranty company in regards to the coverage of their high dollar/loads of electronics on their high-end vehicles. Very, very disappointing. More
