I had my car towed to Mike Juneau's Brookfield by AAA due to alternator at 4pm. I received a call the next day by 10am that I needed a new alternator and battery. My car was ready by 4pm that day. 24-hour to alternator at 4pm. I received a call the next day by 10am that I needed a new alternator and battery. My car was ready by 4pm that day. 24-hour service, quick turnaround and I was back on the road. I'm in sales and my car is my lifeline, and Mike Juneau's was able to get me back on the road quickly. I took my car in with a check engine light and I gave them the check engine code. Just googling the code gives you a particular part that needs to be replaced. Even after telling them I know the part, they charged me $150 diagnostic fee, on top of the cost of the part and repairs. Apparently this is there standard process. They quoted me $360 to fix it all. Just googling the average cost of this repair was $150-200. So if you want to pay a lot more for a repair, take your car here. I talked to the manager about the extra charge and he was willing to take off $20 from a promotion they had. More
