Brought my truck in for fuel filter and oil change. Wanted to use the mailer you sent me for a oil change and an additional bonus coupon. You refused to honor both coupons. It was 19 degrees out. Bought 2 trucks from you the last year and a half. Last thing I want is poor attitude and push back when I want to use your mailer. Spent over $100000 there. Customer service is eveything and you want to cheap out on $20 bucks. Ok I will not hesitate to take my business elsewhere. Very, very disappointed. John Pintar More
