Replace the transfer case. I took my 2013 Terrain in because a could hear a loud grinding sound. It was diagnosed as a failure in the transfer case. I was told that Mr. Juneau contacted GM and was able to get me some relief on the repair cost. I appreciate everyone's efforts. More

Radiator leak Called Collin in service about issue under warranty. Had loaner vehicle waiting at 5:30pm. Next day at noon recieved call my truck was fixed. Tow hitch Had a tow hitch installed on our new car. We were offered a car for our use while the hitch was installed. Awesome customer service.
