Pleasant experience! I was able to schedule my oil change appointment 4 days out and received the day and time I requested. I was directed as to where to leave my car, was I was able to schedule my oil change appointment 4 days out and received the day and time I requested. I was directed as to where to leave my car, was greeted and escorted into the building. Mike got the information he needed and asked if I would like my car washed (it was very cold, but I was taking the car home to a garage so I said yes!!), One hour later I was on my home! Great experience! Thank you! Mike also made sure I had a copy of the rebate form. More
