Honestly it was very poor customer we bought out vehicle to be serviced and didn’t hear anything for almost a week. We became a bit concerned about our vehicle so, we made a visit to the the dealership to l to be serviced and didn’t hear anything for almost a week. We became a bit concerned about our vehicle so, we made a visit to the the dealership to learn our vehicle had not been even inspected. So fast forward the gentleman calls a day later and leaves and voicemail basically stating the cost of my vehicle was going to be $10,000 just for parts along. He went on to say he’s not going to work on it. I didn’t receive any proof of diagnostic testing and was charged $160.00 when I arrived to pick up the vehicle. I feel really disappointed after my visit because the gentleman by the name Collin seemed not invested with helping or just giving us additional options with our vehicle. This has forced me to look elsewhere for my vehicle repairs. After my visit, I will not be recommending this dealership to anyone due to the lack of communication and customer service. More

Service was good. However, disappointed on the Yukon XL. I am on my 3rd oil sensor switch. Also, the cost for the diagnostic was a bit high.
