I called on 7/30 at 9:28 and made appt. There was no appointment on record when I arrived. Service person was extremely rude and insinuated that I was lying about having an appointment. Needless to say it was their number when I was forced to call again. He gave no apology and continued to remain rude for the rest of the service. More
