Excellent Experience!! I had been researching the Buick Encore since it first came out. I've had 2 Buicks over the years and really like the quality, smooth ride, and quiet I had been researching the Buick Encore since it first came out. I've had 2 Buicks over the years and really like the quality, smooth ride, and quietness of Buicks. I also preferred the original style of the Encore (the style changed with the 2017 model). About a year ago, I stopped in McCaddon's just to pick up a brochure on both the Encore and Regal. I was not yet ready to purchase. Jeff Katz listened to what I was looking for. He gave me both brochures and suggested that when I was ready, the Encore would probably be the better choice for me given what I told him. He actually listened to the fact that I was not yet ready to purchase and did not pressure me at all!! By the time I was ready to purchase a couple months ago, I went to a broker to help me find a new 2016 Encore but there were none to be found. I therefore settled on another vehicle and knew within a couple of weeks that it was not the right one for me. One day, I was looking around the lot at McCaddon's to see if any pre-owned vehicles were available. I could not believe my eyes when I saw a 2016 Encore - colors, package, everything I wanted!! I remembered Jeff Katz and contacted him immediately about the vehicle. He and Justin Gasman made the transaction a very pleasant experience. They are both very guest service oriented. They give you options, suggest what they think is best for you and why, and do not make you feel pressured or rushed. I was also introduced to the service team. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was very knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. When I later arrived at the dealership, Ms. Shannon Chaisson immediately greeted my party and led us to the vehicle I was interested in. She gave us all the known information. After a test drive, Mr. Joe Cleland aided us in beginning our paperwork, and explored options for the loan. While we waited for approval, Shannon talked to us, making the wait quite tolerable. Finally, we were directed to Mr. Justin Gasman, who explained all additional coverage and extras we could add to the deal. All of the staff was extremely friendly, kept us constantly informed, and were comfortable in their positions. The used vehicle I purchased is also of great quality, and I would trust any used car from McCaddon. More
