Buying a car is usually very painful and most dread it but our entire process is smooth, quick, easy and painless every time we go. They went out of their way to find me the vehicle I wanted, which was on another lot, and when I returned the next day to pick it up Justin in Finance had all my paperwork sitting on his desk ready to be signed. But it doesn't stop there, they also check in every once in awhile and make sure you're still satisfied and if you need anything. I also received a nice care package in the mail after my purchase.
