Always a good experience I have been a customer for about 15 years and have always been treated with respect both when buying a car and then have the car serviced. Wendell Borchert was very knowledgeable regarding the new Buick we purchased and was not the typical pushy car sales person trying to close the deal. We were nervous about dealing online but previous reviews were excellent and our salesperson, Arlene Ott, was exceptional. She answered all of our questions and she and the staff assisted throughout the process. We were treated as valued customers. We are pleased beyond our expectations with the vehicle. Best dealership buying experience ever Hi all, Back in September we leased an ELR. Its would be impossible for the folks to have been nicer, or more professional. There was no stress, no pressure and everyone went way out of their way to help. We have had the car in for one service so far and have brought our Chevy Volt in too. The service has always been top notch and stress free. We love our ELR and hope Cadillac offers a follow on car that offers the Voltec Technology or even a pure BEV. In summary I would like to thank everyone at the dealership for making this best purchase experience I have had in at least 20 years. Steve More
