I recently Purchased a used vehicle from Mike maroone Chevrolet north about a week later got a check engine light for an o2 sensor. The o2 sensor was replaced and then the experience went rapidly downhil Chevrolet north about a week later got a check engine light for an o2 sensor. The o2 sensor was replaced and then the experience went rapidly downhill from there.. the next week the check engine light came back on for insufficient boost pressure and crank case ventilation failure and the light came on for check trailer brake wiring after taking the vehicle to a car wash. Contacted Mike maroone and they told me to bring it in and they would be happy to help fix the issue, I was told buy one of the managers that they care more about my satisfaction then the length of the warranty on my vehicle. So I brought the vehicle in to get fixed and they had it for 4-5 days. I got a call that it’s ready to go and I can come pick it up. I asked what they found and what they fixed. I was told they couldn’t find any issues and they cleared the check engine light. Glad that only took a week to do that. 2 weeks later the light was back on for a crank case ventilation failure again and the vehicle was still telling me to check trailer brake wiring after driving in wet conditions or washing the vehicle. So I brought it back. They found that the crank case filter was clogged and had not been serviced. They decided to replace that and check the trailer wiring. There fix to the trailer wiring was to wrap some duck tape around a cut and exposed wire! So once again went and picked up my vehicle because I was told it’s good to go! That night I pulled up to my trailer to hook up and once I plugged in my trailer the dash on the vehicle lit up like a Christmas tree, reverse lights came on, and was prompted to check trailer brake wiring by the vehicle. No lights on the trailer would turn on, to signals, only reverse lights from the vehicle would turn on. When I purchased this vehicle I told the salesman the soul purpose for this truck was to tow a large trailer and to have something good in the winter. I was told that this was a excellent truck that was a 1 owner and would be perfect for my needs. Now I’m stuck with a truck that can’t tow and is in and out of the shop literally every week. I have been trying to contact one of the high up managers the same one that said they care about my satisfaction and is now ignoring my phone calls and is reading my text messages with no response. I HIGHLY recommend not purchasing any new or used vehicles from this location because the will sell you something that is broken, pretend to fix it and take advantage of you and run. More
