Fantastic Sales Experience. Not best finance experience The whole experience dealing with Carey was fantastic. He answered our questions really quickly via email, phone, or text. And went to great lengths to make sure the car was in the condition we wanted and fixed any small problems that came up. He is the best salesmen we have ever worked with. The finance part of the transaction was not very good. We were paying in cash, but the finance person signs all paperwork for deal and did a horrible job explaining paperwork. He talked about window protection and fabric protection pages as if they were already included in the price and just signing the warranty agreement for them. When looking at them they said it cost $500 extra for each. Seemed very sleazy and bordering on fraudulent. Sales process far outweighted this issue, but definitely read all the paperwork. Especially any "warranty" pages. More

Upon returning hom After recently going on a business trip and having a Ford Fusion Hybrid for 3 weeks, I decided this was the next car for me to own. Upon returning home, I pretty much started shopping around immediately to see what I could find within my price range. I came across the car I now own on Longmont Ford's website and contacted them, I should mentioned that I also contacted 3 other dealerships in the area with similar cars for sale. Joey T. from Longmont Ford reached out to me within just a few hours whereas I didn't hear back from the other dealerships for 3 days, which is really just the beginning of my overall positive experience with these folks. In the more misspent years of my youth, I made some bad credit decisions and have worked hard over the past 6 years to resolve them. Because of this, I refuse to take on more debt than I can comfortably handle on one income so I had a very specific dollar figure I needed to work with to justify the purchase. After looking at some initial figures and honestly stating I wouldn't be able to afford it, Joey, Dean in finance, and at least two other folks on staff worked with my wife and I to get down to my bottom dollar requirements and were extremely friendly and patient throughout the process. Plenty of other dealerships likely would have sent me along my way without much further discussion but these guys really went the extra mile and were courteous and professional the entire time. That may seem like something you'd expect people in the sales business to do but I've dealt with a lot of dealerships in the past and car buying has always given me anxiety and hasn't ever really gone smoothly. This was easily the most pleasant interaction I could have asked for and I'd recommend the people at Longmont Ford to anyone in the market for a vehicle. More

First Ford Purchase.....Couldn't be Happier Just purchased a 2015 Ford Focus from Longmont Ford. My Salesman was Carey Walters. Carey was absolutely great to work with. I have had my new Focus for a week now, and could not be happier. I've never owned a Ford in my life, but Ford may just have a new customer for life. the car is peppy, sleek, and runs extremely smooth.
