Any more it seems that dealerships are putting up their best prices up front, with incentives included already, which is nice because it takes the leg work out of hunting them down yourself. So one might wonder why a good review at one dealership is better than that from a competitor. My wife and I are from Aurora but drove to Longmont to look at Explores and Edges. Given the competition for business you might wonder why we didn’t visit a dealership closer to home. It’s simple – the service and attention we get from Longmont, and in particular, from Ray Farrell. We were referred to Ray as someone of great integrity and honesty. It wasn’t fake or kitschy; like the stereotype might suggest of car salesmen. Ray is down to Earth and speaks to people as, well, as people. His interest in us as customers went beyond why we needed a car. It went beyond what we were looking for in a car. Ray was like a friend from the very beginning. The interest he took in our personal lives was not forced, it was not fake – it was genuine. When it came time to talk numbers and incentives, Ray went out of HIS way to find us what was best. And when we had questions about those numbers, he went to find the answers to this he did not immediately know, ultimately bringing back something better to consider and sign on. For my wife and me, good customer service will bring us back. Great customer service will make us loyal for a lifetime. So long as Ray remains in the business of car sales, we’ll be dealing with him because of the way he treats us – as people. My wife and I also want to take this opportunity to thank Ray for his service to our country and to the freedoms we enjoy. It’s more important and more appreciated than is often given credit. We test drove the car on your lot that we came to see and left within an hour having "sealed the deal" - Steve was very friendly, efficient and courteous. We were also very impressed with the man who went over all the financial papers with us. We don't recognize a name below to attach to him. He was very thorough and explained all the various papers he had us sign and we appreciated his efficiency. It was a very good experience buying a beautiful near-new car. Thanks! More
