I went in once prior to our purchase just to get information on the vehicle and seating. Ray answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about the car. He was not pushy and respectful of our time the first time as we just wanted information to get comfortable with our decision of car make. When we went in to purchase the vehicle the car was washed and waiting 20 min. after we gave him a heads up that we were on our way to look at the vehicle.
