He was also very flexible with how the trade in was handled. I came out of a 2023 Maverick XLT into a newer Maverick Lariat because they were willing to match a trade in valuation I received from another dealership while my car was in for service. I've purchased a lot of cars in my time, many from franchise dealerships, and this was probably the fastest I've gotten in and out. Their communication was great and there were no tricks in the buying process. Finance definitely wants to sell packages, but they are transparent about what is included, if anything. Everything was pretty straightforward. I would definitely buy another car from this dealership, but I plan on keeping my new Maverick for the long haul. More
