I have the unique situation of writing a review without actually going to the dealership. I had called to see if we could view a vehicle that I saw online and was told that it was in detail and couldn't b actually going to the dealership. I had called to see if we could view a vehicle that I saw online and was told that it was in detail and couldn't be viewed. I made an appointment for the next day to view and was called 30 minutes before my appointment by Ed to say that they 'didn't know where the car was' after a broker was checking it out and that it probably wouldn't be there when I arrived. Ed told me that he was to find out whether the car was sold "in the next two minutes" and that he would call me back to let me know one way or the other. After two hours I called him to confirm that the car was sold and was greeted with a very short reply from Ed and no further discussion on other vehicles to check out. Not my idea of customer service. As this was my family's first foray into purchasing a car at a dealership, I can tell you that my opinion of this place has soured before even stepping foot in the door. More

We were not to optomistic when we arrived at the dealer but Sean put our mind at ease and he did everything in his power to find us just what we were looking for. Love the car we purchased. Vico personally delivered it which was above and beyond and much appreciated. It would have enhanced our experience if we didn't have to remind him of details (i.e., giving us t which was above and beyond and much appreciated. We had to ask more than once.
