It's been almost 2 weeks now and STILL no follow-up from the dealership. Not to mention I found a nice big scrape on the inside of my door where they gouged it with a screwdriver when they were trying to "fix" the problem I had. We already took our vehicle to another dealership that found and fixed the problem we were having in 1 day. We will be taking it there from now on- we're tired of wasting our time with you.

Advisors from Longmont Ford and myself have tried to reach out to you several times by phone and through Dealer Rater. However, our attempts were only met by answering machines and un returned Dealer Rater emails. The problem that you were experienced with your vehicle was a difficult one to diagnose and repair. Ford engineering became involved with the repair as well due to complexity of the computer system that controls your radio. Some parts recommended by Ford were replaced before you took the vehicle to another dealership. I apologize that it took longer than expected however not all service issues can be corrected in one day. We are glad that a different dealership was able to finish the repairs for you and get your vehicle back in working order.

Nobody has attempted to call me. I can print off my phone logs and PROVE this to you. What about the big sratch on the inside of my door panel? The other dealership found lose wires, why couldn't you find that before you replaced parts that probably didn't need to be replaced. What about the rudeness when I picked the vehicle up? I used to love Longmont Ford. I have purchased two new vehicles from them but with this kind of service and the lies and attitudes I will never return. What a shame! No customer service just lies!

I was asked to change my review today, After a lengthy conversation with the salesman he did get the dents removed as we previously discussed, I am thankful for that. It was a very nice guesture on his part. Even with that said I still waited for his call after he was going to talk to his manager about the other concerns, once again my last two days were waiting and no return call. If you didnt intend to meet my concerns I could of financed new tires and replaced the broken drivers mirror instead of coming out of my pocket. But I thought that was part of the deal as I expressed that during the whole deal.

Brent, I dont know what your salesman has said to you but this has not been address'd or even dealt with.I waited for two days for contacts, and when he did he also said he was gonna talk to you about what can you guys do or be willing to do. These items were brought up several times and including when I was with the finance gentleman. But your salesman hush'd me up and said he would take care of it. Obviously you were not informed of this or told. I guess I dont even know why your communicating with me as you and your salesman had no intentions on any of the items listed. The dents were supposed to been done during detailing so I really dont see how you have dealt with anything. I did say I might rewrite the review but it was also pending callbacks. Simple question is Longmont Ford gonna take care of the tires and either the mirror or the extra key( 2d key)

Go figure, Dont you think I would of added these Items on the financing if your salesman wouldnt of lead me to believe they were gonna be taken care of. You are right though I am totally disatisfied with longmont ford and will not recomend anyone to longmont ford. Thank you for your time.
