They worked with me to find a loan when many of the banks turned me down. In the end I had a car I like and a great interest rate on the loan. Since the sale I have talked to both Chris and Ed multiple times and they have been responsive each time. More

My husband and I had a 2011 Routan that we were looking to trade in for the right Subaru Tribeca. After a few weeks of searching we came across one at Longmont Ford. Jeremy got in touch with me first thing the next morning after he saw that I was speaking to an after hours representative inquiring if the car was still available. He then put me in touch with Shanann who handled everything from there. I explained that we lived about 2 hours away and asked her to give me great details on the car including any flaws that would bother me (from a womans perspective), how it drives, etc. She took lots of close up pictures that she sent to my cell phone, drove it for me and was available throughout the day to answer all of my questions until we made the trip to see the car that evening. When we got there, the car was just as we expected! It was beautiful, freshly detailed, drove great, my husband and I were sold! Shanann was super friendly the entire time, gave our kids things to keep them busy, and made our whole experience go quickly and smoothly! We got kelly blue book full trade in value for our minivan and left the lot with a great car. I also checked the site to see if they had listed my van, and they did, and I was very pleased to see that they listed if for a very fair price!! I first went to Longmont Ford in August 2012, looking for a used car. I knew my credit wasn't the greatest, but had to get a car. Gary LaPuma was wonderful to work with. He helped me get into a much nicer car than I had originally expected to purchase. He was very helpful in explaining how the whole process worked, and was very friendly toward me and my family. The car that I purchased at that time, a 2011 Nissan Cube, was totalled. It was just a couple of weeks ago, only 5 months after purchasing it. I contacted Gary again, explaining to him about the car. He said to go online to look at cars, and to come on in, and he would get me in a car. I went on the website, and fell in love with the Kia Soul that was there. So this past Saturday, my kids and I went back to see Gary. We took a drive in the Kia, and a few hours later, drove it home.
