David told me you said you'd be out of the dealership until Thursday, so we plan on going tomorrow (Thursday) to get a key made and bring the receipt in to you to get reimbursed.

Since I submitted this review, Jeremy Lindstrom at Longmont Ford contacted me apologizing for the bad experience I had and offered to make it right. I ended up with a full tank of gas and they reimbursed me the cost to get a second key for my car. I was really impressed with their customer service follow-up and willingness to correct things. I will definitely recommend Longmont Ford to my friends!

I did not get any instructions on updating my review. I did get an e-mail saying you had sent another e-mail (the one you wrote on 12/31). I logged on and looked through everything to see how to add to or change and found a link to reply to one. I changed my review to a positive one and it was listed below my previous one online.
