This was my first experience at a dealership, and although I had heard lots of car buying horror stories from family and friends, I was very pleasantly surprised by the service I received here. I was especially impressed with Steve. I never felt pressured into buying, I was offered a fair deal, Steve knew what he was talking about, and the work the shop did to the car pre-sale was excellent. My only complaint is that waiting time to close the deal was long, but this seems to be the case with most dealerships. More
