After dealing with several dealerships including local ones I felt Longmont Ford was more up front and truthfull about the quality of the vechile and very fair on price. My salesman made sure everything was right with their vechile before the deal was done. I bought the vechile site unseen over the phone and email. I was a little a little concerned that something might be wrong with the vechile because of such a good price he was offering to me but it turned out perfect and I will sure give them the chance to have my business again. BJ could have not worked with me and sold the vechile locally I am sure but he stayed with me and we got the deal done. Thank you. It is nice to know there are still people out there you can trust. After weeks of emailing the dealership back and forth about vehicles and what I would potentially get for a trade I was given what I felt was a low ball offer on my trade. I was then told that I should about vehicles and what I would potentially get for a trade I was given what I felt was a low ball offer on my trade. I was then told that I should just come in to the dealership as "the best deals are always made at the dealership". So, my husband and I were convinced to drive the 4 hours to let them take a shot at making a deal on an Expedition we found on line. After driving 4 hours and getting there we were given an even lower offer than we were originally offered and they were completely not willing to come down on the price of the vehicle on the internet to make a deal. It was a complete waste of time and the customer service was terrible. We ended up going back to Denver to make a deal with the dealership that was fairly priced and offered a fair amount for our trade. Would not recommend driving more than a few blocks to go to the dealership! It isn't worth your time if you have just a day to look for vehicles. More

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Longmont Ford. Joey was very easy to work with and didn't make me feel like I was being pressured into buying. By noon I was the proud owner of one of the first 2013's in the state! He was so enthusiastic and helpful throughout he process. I drove 30+ miles to purchase from Longmont Ford because of my experiences at two other dealers that didn't make me feel comfortable when I had stopped in to look at vehicles. I highly recommend making the drive if you are not close to them. More
