Saw the auto we wanted on the internet and called Steve on Friday with some questions about the auto. He went out on the lot and checked on our issues and called back with the information we needed. We set up an appointment for Monday since we live about 215 miles away and on the other side of the mountains. We arrived about 1pm everything went very smoothly and we were headed for home about 3:30 or 4:00. A very pleasant experience. More

As a first time car buyer, I was very nervous going into the dealership. I had heard all of the stereotypes and stories about how bad going to a dealership can be and how you have to watch out so you don't the dealership. I live in the mountains of Boulder and am a single woman who had been looking for a 3/4 ton pickup truck for about 2 years now. I found a truck at Longmont Ford which was listed on line and which met all my who had been looking for a 3/4 ton pickup truck for about 2 years now. I found a truck at Longmont Ford which was listed on line and which met all my requirements so I called to inquire if it was still in the inventory. The phone was answered by a man who told me it was but he sounded so unenthusiastic about my business that I almost didn't drive to your dealership to look at the truck. Nevertheless, I realized it might finally be the truck I'd been looking for so I made the 30 mile trip to see just this one truck. When I arrived, I asked (as I always do but expecting to hear "no") if there were any female salespeople I could work with and that's when I was introduced to Shanann. She took the time to answer each and every question I had, she was enthusiastic, professional, knowledgeable, kind and treated me with respect, which I had so rarely found in the last 2 years dealing with the many MEN who sell cars and trucks. I ended up buying the truck at almost full price but I know I got a good deal.
