On July 14th we drove over an hour and a half to Longmont Ford. It was worth every moment!! We have not bought a car in over 10 years because we DREADED the whole "sales ordeal." Gary listened to what we wanted, took us out to one of the cars for a test drive, and two hours later we drove off the lot with a 2011 Chevy Impala - the exact car we wanted, with a payment in our "ballpark" and absolutely no pressure. It was one of the best experiences in car buying I have ever been through. When we mentioned that our daughter had referred us to Longmont Ford they wrote her a check for $200.00 as part of their referral program. What a win-win situation!! When it comes time to trade the Impala in, there is only one dealership I will even consider and if Gary is still around, he will definitely get our business! One very happy, satisfied customer! They sold the car to me at one price, the paperwork was signed, I had the truck for almost 2 weeks when they call me and tell me that something was wrong on the paperwork they sent to the bank and we'd hav signed, I had the truck for almost 2 weeks when they call me and tell me that something was wrong on the paperwork they sent to the bank and we'd have to come sign new papers. While waiting on the delivery of my truck, my wife and I decided that it was time to sell her Jeep and we decided to visit the great team at Longmont Ford again. We initially went in to just test drive a Ford Edge, with no intention of buying yet because we still owed well above trade in value on her Jeep and we were trying to sell it on our own. Steve went above and beyond in working with us, both on the price on the Edge and the trade in of the Jeep, to get use to where we needed to be to make a deal. Fast forward five days, and my truck was delivered two weeks early. It came in just as expected and closing the deal couldn't have been simpler! I just had to go in, do a quick test drive, and make a couple signatures. The people at Longmont Ford are a pleasure to deal with!
