It reminds me of the employees at Chick-Fil-A restaurants, which is not a surprising coincidence. I hate typical dealerships and usually feel "violated" when I leave. This was not the case at all with Longmont Ford. My salesman Vico was extremely honest, very friendly, knowledgeable about the product, and patient. I started by inquiring over the phone about a car on the internet. Vico was the person I dealt with on the phone. I was a difficult customer on the phone, yet Vico persisted, but in a positive and very effective way. After feeling like they had the product I wanted (he even transferred a car from another dealership, so I could choose between two), I decided to make the 1 hr drive to make the final decision. We had a tough time deciding between the two and he was patient and offered several ideas to help us decide. Once we decided he was efficient in making the transaction final. It was New Year's eve when we made this purchase. Vico never indicated a hurried attitude to complete the process so he could leave. I am pretty sure we were one of the last two customers to finish.
