Friendly, Relaxing experience, Vico showed and shared a professional caring touch. We enjoyed their selling atmosphere. I found my vehicle on Autotrader and went down to the dealership to check it out. They had just taken the vehicle on trade, and it was a brand other than Ford. I think for this reason, they had an extremely aggressive price (i.e. low) based on what the blue book value was for the model/year/mileage. Immediately I was skeptical because of the price but they provided service and inspection records for things that they had performed, let me take a test drive and I was satisfied. The vehicle needed a new windshield and they offered to pay for that which was a bonus. I also traded in a vehicle that was not a Ford and they gave me what I expected my car was worth. After purchasing the vehicle I had it serviced at a different dealership and there were no major problems found with the vehicle. A great deal, great people to work with, and a great experience. More
