Friendly, Relaxing experience, Vico showed and shared a professional caring touch. We enjoyed their selling atmosphere. I took my truck to Longmont Ford to get serviced and while I was waiting I had a few questions about the new Ford diesel engine. Zac in service took me over to see B.J. Longmont Ford is a long way from the city that I livc in, Colorado Springs, however, Ed Trejo gave excellent service and so I purchased my 2010 vehicle from him. Ed Trejo was very helpful and professional. His approach was not overwhelming nor pressure filled. Longmont Ford charged me for an emissions test my Prius is exempt from and then it took me 3 visits to get the correct DMV documentation (they even got the VIN number wrong on the title). The response I had from 2 people was 'we've been doing this for 30 years' - this is not comforting at all. I couldn't drive my car for nearly 2 weeks because the temporary plates expired while LF generally ignored my voicemail and email messages. I had a minimum level of responsiveness and zero compensation even though I bought my car in cash and was a super-easy customer otherwise. I didn't even get an apology until the DMV rejected my paperwork a 2nd time! I will NEVER go there again - worst customer experience of my entire life. More
I found my vehicle on Autotrader and went down to the dealership to check it out. They had just taken the vehicle on trade, and it was a brand other than Ford. I think for this reason, they had an extremely aggressive price (i.e. low) based on what the blue book value was for the model/year/mileage. Immediately I was skeptical because of the price but they provided service and inspection records for things that they had performed, let me take a test drive and I was satisfied. The vehicle needed a new windshield and they offered to pay for that which was a bonus. I also traded in a vehicle that was not a Ford and they gave me what I expected my car was worth. After purchasing the vehicle I had it serviced at a different dealership and there were no major problems found with the vehicle. A great deal, great people to work with, and a great experience. More
