There was really nothin Longmont Ford Jul 30, 2019 Kevin77 "The Jury is out" When I originally stopped at the dealership I talked to George Lopez. There was really nothing on the lot that I was interested in so I left. A couple of days later I received a email from George about a car they just got. I stopped in on a Tuesday and George had the day off and Joey took over for George. I felt like I bought a car on East Colfax. I was going to buy the car and had a few things looked at before I paid for it. I came back a couple of days later to buy the car and Both George and Joey was there. I paid for the car and Joey handed me the key and I asked him where the other key was and he's said that it didn't have one and I said that I would have negotiated different had I known that up front. Joeys comment was "You own it now". I heard that line 3 times that day. Had to bring the car back for warranty work and complained to the sales manager and he really tried to smooth things over and gave me a new key which cost almost $300. George and the dealership did their best to undo the damage that Joey created. In the end the dealership did a good job and George deserves 5 stars for his patience and and effort to make things right and finding me the right car .George Lopez is the BEST. He let me know when they had a car that he thought I would be interested in and I bought it. Worked hard to keep me happy and that is not an easy task. 5 Star service. More
