I've been to other dealerships and the sales people always left me feeling stressed out from pressure tactics. I return to Nick because I never feel this way with him. He listens to what I'm looking for and finds what may work the best and then lets me decide. This time, I was looking for a truck to tow my travel trailer and also be big enough for a 5th wheel down the road. Nick looked into each truck we looked at to make sure it had the tow weight ratings we needed and the gearing best suited for towing. He even let me leave the dealership to think about the purchase without giving me the hard sell. Like I said, he's not a high pressure jerk. He did warn me that other people were looking at this truck but just to make sure that I wasn't under the impression it would be there forever. I came back the next day to close the deal and saw a woman wanting to take it out for a drive while we were getting ready to sign the paperwork. Best customer service in a long time! We showed up to look at a car that was on-line one hour before closing. Sean let us test drive it and then answered all our questions. Sean gave us his business card with his cell phone number on it and told us that if we were serious about purchasing the car to text him and he stick around as long as it takes to finish our dinner.
