No follow through I was very happy to get the vehicle that I wanted, hence the smile in the photo. The dealership was suppose to have the car detailed for me before I p I was very happy to get the vehicle that I wanted, hence the smile in the photo. The dealership was suppose to have the car detailed for me before I picked it up, which was not done, there was trash in the car and the seats and headliner were still dirty, I picked it up near closing time, so not much I could do about it at that point. I just received a call from the finance manager that they failed to call and get a correct payoff amount for my trade in so now I owe them $315.00, even though they are asking over twice what they gave me as trade in for my old vehicle. Extremely unhappy with this dealership at this point, not professional at all and I feel like I'm being taken advantage of!!! More

The customer service continued once we were there to test drive the vehicle, there was no pressure to buy and Anthony was knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. Even financing the vehicle was a breeze with Rick, he helped us get the extras we wanted on the vehicle while staying within our budget. We are now proud owners of Ruby our new Ford Fusion hybrid.
