Good experience! Ray Ferrell and Longmont Ford did a great job when I purchased my 2012 Nissan Murano. They were responsive and accommodating when I arrived and Ray even came in on his day off to assist me. The car that I wanted to test drive had just arrived at their dealership, so it was a little dirty, but I still liked it so decided to buy it. I couldn't take it home that night, so we worked it out for them to deliver it to me in Greeley. The next day, Ray drove the car up and it looked like a million bucks - they had detailed the car and I was amazed at the difference. I also worked with Dale for the paperwork and he was so nice and really knew his stuff, was able to answer any question I had and was not pushy or "salesy". Great experience overall! More
Service - they don't care about you or your time. Poor communication, poor customer service, dishonest and super slow. Called Monday and made an appointment for Wednesday for replacement of Ford recall part and to check out some issues. Dropped it off Tuesday night. They called Wednesday and said I did not have an appointment and may not be able to get to it Wednesday but they definitely would call with an estimate. I got no call. I called Thursday mid morning and he prepared an estimate as we spoke on the phone. They had a list of costly estimates. After I chose to only do a few of the repairs at this time (including their recall), suddenly Stephen's voice changed, I was being called "ma'am" in a condescending tone, and they could not get to the car until Friday night. Minor simple repairs. Seriously, it takes 3 days WITH an appointment that they failed to write down and mostly for their recall? No apologies, no offer to give me a loaner car, just "we are busy." I have a feeling if I had opted for the numerous repair jobs, the car would have been done in a few hours. They do not care about the customer. More

buying a new f-150 I was looking for a used 3/4 ton truck for several months. I went and seen ray about another truck he had in stock and it wasn't what I was looking for but ray was very nice and took the time to show me the truck anyway. After a couple more weeks went by I still looking for a truck I went back to ray because he was very nice and there was no pressure to buy, I really hate the high pressure salesmen out there trying to retire on your sale, anyway ray showed me a f-150 that will pull the trailer I have without a problem. I'm completely satisfied with the way ray handled himself and the way Longmont ford set up and processed the sale. They did everything I asked and more . I would highly recommend anyone to buy here. I was not an easy sell, and Ray was so patient, kind and understanding of my anxiety. I absolutely feel great about my purchase of a new Ford Explorer and feel the whole process went smoothly.
