However, Chaz Cuzzoni from the finance department was curt, rude, and impatient, demanding payment from us even after I assured him that the check as (payment in full) had been issued in the U.S. Mail very early the morning following the Memorial Day Weekend. The check eventually cleared, and I hope Chaz and his supervisor noted the postmark, which would exonerate us and prove that our promise was true. Katie Heuer was attentive and offered valuable suggestions, although we ultimately were content with our preexisting insurance policies. Bottom line: Longmont Ford offers some great values, and it would be worth the prospective buyers' effort to keep them high on the list of consideration--especially in conjunction with the use of CarGurus.com. Seeking own's own financing is almost invariably the best avenue, and avoidance at all cost of Chaz Cuzzoni will be prudent. More

Patient and friendly experience We went here to find a car that was bigger than our Escape. Elya greeted us at the lot and showed us all the options that fit our criteria. She followed up with an email to see if what we were thinking and to see if we had found anything else that we were interested in. She forwarded a few options to us but we weren't very interested. After searching the internet we found one that we loved. When we went in to check it our Elya had just left to go home for the day. The sweet girl at the front called her and she turned around to meet up with us. The next day we purchased the Explorer. We were very happy with our whole buying experience! More

First thing I liked was when I told Ed I had $9,000 to spend he didn't try to put me in a $10k-$11k I went in to trade in my truck and get a new one. First thing I liked was when I told Ed I had $9,000 to spend he didn't try to put me in a $10k-$11k truck. Also the trade in process was not as bad as expected and was over all pretty quick compared to previous experiences. I now have the truck I never thought I'd own and I got it below blue book price. Thanks again Ed. Also roger in service great guy very helpful. 5/5 stars. More

What this dealer does ( and others as well) is when they settle on I thought Ed my salesman was great; no problems there. Here's my complaint. What this dealer does ( and others as well) is when they settle on a price with a customer, they add an additional $599 fee, which is thinly-disguised "ADP" (additional dealer profit). I can live with that, everyone needs to make a profit. When I sat down with the sales manager to write the check, there was a second $599 fee added, and also approx $450 for a "protection package" which is something I wasn't told about, didn't need, and didn't want. He took the extra fees off, but I got the impression he wasn't happy about it. Coincidentally, I bought another car a month prior at another Colorado dealer that has "no haggle" pricing; I strongly recommend it. Followup: I bought the car 5/1/2015. I live in SD, which allows 30 days to register a new vehicle. It's now 6/1/2015, I haven't received the title yet, no word on when it might appear. More

Second car purchased here, Love this place. I saw a car online that I liked, I was stuck at work so the salesman brought the car from Longmont to Northglenn so I could test drive it. Loved the car, filled out the credit application, faxed it back. When I got off work I drove up there, signed papers and was out of there in 20 minutes. Easiest purchase ever!!! More
