Fusion Hybrid purchased from Ray I was in the market for a new car, with a BMW 4 series and Fusion Hybrid on the short list. After driving both, I felt the Fusion fit my criteria bett I was in the market for a new car, with a BMW 4 series and Fusion Hybrid on the short list. After driving both, I felt the Fusion fit my criteria better than the 4 series. Part of the decision making process was the dealership itself. Longmont Ford is unpretentious, had a great selection of cars and many sales associates to assist. Ray Farrell is the guy I worked with and I could not have been happier with his knowledge of the vehicle and laid back attitude. He of course wanted to sell me a car, but his approach was being sure I found the right car for me and we worked on my time line. Once I made up my mind to buy from Longmont Ford, Ray guided us through the whole process seamlessly and professionally. I would highly recommend working with Ray and buying from Longmont Ford. I have not used their service group yet, but I am sure they are of the same high caliber as the rest of organization. More

Gene Pochron and Jim Cannon were amazing!! My husband and I had a great experience with Longmont Ford Jim Cannon was really helpful answering my questions and Gene was great as well taking over My husband and I had a great experience with Longmont Ford Jim Cannon was really helpful answering my questions and Gene was great as well taking over for him and selling us the Ford Edge, except for when we got in to sign all the paperwork and were not told what our payment would be and who our loan was through we had to ask. Great Used Car Buying Experience! Ray Farrell is an excellent salesman! My husband and I are were looking for a Chevy Traverse and found one at Longmont Ford online. I requested more information on the car and Ray contacted me right away. I let him know that we were a week away from buying a car and he said to contact him any time. Later in the week I received an email from Ray letting me know that the car I wanted was still available and the price had dropped. We set up an appointment for early Saturday morning and he made the whole car buying experience an easy one! Everyone there made the experience an exciting day for both my husband and I! Thank you Ray! More

Great Experience I usually hate the car buying experience and question the integrity of those involved in the salesman ship and financing, however, I enjoyed my car bu I usually hate the car buying experience and question the integrity of those involved in the salesman ship and financing, however, I enjoyed my car buying experience today. Ray Farrell made the process painless. He was able to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable with the purchase of my first Ford. At no time did I feel pressured to buy. The sale was treated like all agreements should be, affable conversation, minimal negotiation, and a handshake to seal the deal. Furthermore, this was the first dealership in which the Salesman's boss came out to ensure I was fully satisfied...impressive. Now that they have my business. I hope the future and keeping my business will be just as important. I have no doubt it will. More

Ed Trejo is an Excellent Salesman! Ed does not try to push any car on you that you do not want. He is extremely professional and will go to great lengths to get you the deal you want. Great price, good, not pushy sales person Ray Farrell with Longmont Ford was everything I'd ask for in a used car salesperson. He was helpful but not aggressive like some sales people can be. Longmont Ford seems to have the philosophy of pricing their cars fairly, even on the low side. That was my experience anyway. Amazing employees and excellent customer service!! I bought my Fiesta from Steve Formby and he was able to put me into a car that made perfect sense to me. I have a heavy commute to work every day and my payments ended up WAY less than my previous vehicle. I was in a wreck 2 months ago and my Toyota was totaled so I was forced to buy a vehicle. I DESPISE buying cars and have had bad experience with dealerships. Everyone was amazing from Steve, to the finance dept and Katie with Allstate. I had to go in the next week because my speaker was not working right, and they got me in immediately and repaired it. I would highly recommend Longmont Ford to anyone looking to buy a vehicle!! More
