First, I rarely take the time to write reviews but this was exceptional service. Second, I am not rich, and my $20,000.00 purchase would have been treated with less respect by other dealerships. I had done my research and knew every negotiating technique prior to walking on the lot. I met Ray and all my research turned out to be pointless. Primarily becasue Ray had a very transperant process, and was candid about the process. My wife and I showed interest in a vehicle that was above our finacial limit and Ray acutally showed concern where most sales people smell blood in the water. It was becasue he didnt try to push us in any particular direction that we didnt need to run all over town to find the BEST deal. Longmont Ford has proved itself in the sales department for my family. I will update when I've dealt with their service department, as often they do not reflect each other. I hope they prove me wrong again. Ray Ferrell has my business for life, and I strongly recommend others seek him out. More

Outstanding service from initial contact to signing. Sean Queen was the salesperson. After looking at the internet, I had four Focus's I was interested in. Sean assisted me in locating all of the cars Sean Queen was the salesperson. After looking at the internet, I had four Focus's I was interested in. Sean assisted me in locating all of the cars I was interested in. I didn't know if I wanted a sedan or hatchback, and he told me the advantages and disadvantages of each. After looking at all four cars, I decided I wanted one of the sedans. I took a test drive that allowed me to see all of the great features of the Focus sedan I selected. Once we got back to the dealership, he did not pressure me. He only worked with me in all aspects. I would recommend anyone coming to Longmont Ford to request having Sean as their salesman. More
