Longmont Ford was the very first time that this has happened. Renaldo, our salesman, was professional, honest and personable. He didn't try to play any salesman games with us. His communication was excellent, he was patient, straight forward and got us what we wanted. His manager, Brent, was very kind and worked with Renaldo to get us the deal we wanted. Josh Rubin, Finance Manager, not only got us the APR we wanted but went even lower. On top of that, he knew we weren't interested in added costs and he didn't try to push us for added accessories or services. The whole group acted like one well oiled machine that worked together to achieve our satisfaction. The whole evolution took about an hour, from walking in the door to delivery. I've never been out the door in an hour. This is the very first time I felt a dealership was out for my own interests instead of it's own. Longmont Ford has raised the bar for all dealerships in the area. It would be wise for all other dealerships to use: Renaldo, Brent and Josh at Longmont Ford as an example for quality service. More
