Prior to coming to Longmont Ford I have previously bought about 7 or 8 new vehicles from various dealers with both good and bad experiences, but none have been as good as Longmont Ford. I would highly recommend this dealer and especially my 2 sales people Vico and Joey. Also recommended are Brent the Sales Manager and Chas in Finance helped us get what we wanted. More

I worked with Ed to purchase a 2003 Honda Accord and was very satisfied. Ed took over from a prior salesman we did not feel was working with us. I highly recommend him as your salesman. He did not listen or hear us when we explained what we wanted. He would fake writing our requests down on a notepad as if he cared. Then he would grab a bunch of paper work to fill out. I asked him what about our requests and he said "oh no, can't do that". I asked for him to speak to the manager and he refused numerous times. Sorry Renaldo but you are not a salesman. Ed IS a salesman and a good one at that. He actually cares! More

Purchased a pre-owned 2013 Taurus from Mark Stanley and your dealership. Good experience in purchasing. After getting the vehicle home noticed an obvious piece of roof trim missing. This type of quick resolution, with a smile on everyone's face will assure that I'll consider Longmont Ford again for my next car. As a special note, I've dealt with plenty of parts departments at car dealerships, most are typically leaving me like I'm bothering them to order parts and give them money. In this case Timi was upbeat, helpful and friendly. A breath of fresh air....give that girl a raise! At least give her thanks for representing your dealership so well. Thank you. More
