Every person I had contact with at this dealership needs a course in 'customer service'. I had heard all of the stereotypes and stories about how bad going to a dealership can be and how you have to watch out so you don't the dealership. I was searching for a new car - the first one I was to buy in 11 years. I contacted Joey via email with interest in a listing. He diligently but gently maintained communication with me over 3 weeks until buy in 11 years. I contacted Joey via email with interest in a listing. During the test drive, Joey took his time with me and made the experienced very personalized. After the test drive, we sat at his desk and chatted a while about price, additional options etc. I never felt pushed or pressured and appreciated the authenticity of our conversation. Most importantly, I felt like a person, not a checkbook. Even after I left the dealership, Joey kept in touch and continued to make suggestions that met my car needs.
