This dealership refused to honor the price they advertised on Autotrader which showed no mention of dealer add-ons. Their answer was "you should have looked on OUR web site. Neither the salesman nor any of the finance crew mentioned price add-ons or extra charges for finance deals. Their answer "that price was for cash" although that was not stated at any time in my negotiations with the salesman, Steve Formsby nor was it on their ad. We did discuss financing at length when I first called about the truck and they told me they had me financed but again no mention of any additional costs for financing even though the interest rate was quoted at 17.4% for credit reasons. After flying to Denver and riding the shuttle to Longmont I inspected the vehicle...a 2010 GMC...and agreed to the sale at the original $17500 advertised price. Then I noticed a note on the wall of Steve's cubicle that said a $599.50 fee will be added to all vehicle sales. Never a mention of that detail before. But now I'm already there and don't want to pay to fly home again. Then when the documents were presented for signing the numbers were no where near what we had agreed on. The sales price had been changed from $17500 to 18709.84 plus a DELIVERY AND HANDLING CHARGE of $599.50 for a total sales price of $19309.34 without any discussion. When I refused to sign and was furious over their BAIT and SWITCH tactics Greg took $500 off the price. His only excuse for their actions, "Do you want us to lose money?" Why is that the customers concern? These people are devious and dishonest. Poster boys for why people hate car dealers. They don't deserve your business. AVOID doing business with them. You are not treated as a customer but rather as a sucker too dumb to read the documents before you sign. BEWARE More
Overall the women I was working with was excellent. The finance person was friendly. I ws in a rush but wish i had more time to ask more questions and get a better finance percentage still not sure if my c finance person was friendly. Best new car experience I have had in recent years. The professionalism of Gary and the entire staff was above and beyond expectation. My husband and I drove quite a distance to Freeway and once we arrived we actually found several cars in the price range we wanted that were in great shape. We ended up purchasing a car that was in beautiful condition at an amazing price. I was in a little bit if a hurry that day as I needed to be back in town for a concert. Ed Trejo and his team did not pressure us to buy the vehicle. In fact, he gave us time to talk privately, answered all of our questions and gave us hard fact information about the price and quality of the vehicle we were considering. We walked into the dealership with pre-approved financing, and after meeting with Ed and the finance department, Chaz Cuzzoni ended up getting us a better rate! I would recommend Ed, Chaz and Freeway Ford, and will definately make the drive next time we need to purchase a vehicle! They took care of us and I made it to my concert on time!Most of all, we love our "new" car! More

I chose Longmont Ford because of a used car I was interested in that I saw on the Internet. I tried to get approved for a loan and was told by Sean Queen over the phone that he would get back with m interested in that I saw on the Internet. I tried to get approved for a loan and was told by Sean Queen over the phone that he would get back with me later that day. He never called back. The next day I left him a voice message but he didn't return my call. I called the finance manager and left him a message and he never returned my call either! I am disturbed by the lack of professionalism at Longmont Ford. I cannot understand how this could possibly be the top Ford dealer in Colorado! A courtesy call would have been appreciated to simply say I didn't get approved for the loan. I will never go to this dealer again, nor will any of my friends or family members. Shame on Longmont Ford! More
