Dishonest Service I can't attest to how they are at sales, but their service department charged me $1100 for damage they did to my vehicle while replacing my starter an I can't attest to how they are at sales, but their service department charged me $1100 for damage they did to my vehicle while replacing my starter and ignition switch. They broke a plastic piece on my steering cable which rendered the car undrivable and claimed that because it was 12 years old it would have broken regardless. Replacing the part involved taking the dashboard out and lots of labor hours. If you charge $175 an hour on labor you should be able to make repairs without causing additional damage, and if you cause additional damage you should have the integrity to repair it without charging the customer and lying about it. Do not take your car here for repairs unless it is covered under your warranty or you like getting ripped off. More
