Very helpful and comfortable experience! I recently turned in my lease and bought a used explorer. Coming from a different state I was not used to hail damage. When I went to turn in my lease Steve explained why I needed to get my hail damage fixed prior to turning in my lease, saving me thousands from what the damage could have been if he accepted my lease as is.
