Unsatisfied with recall repair If it was possible to give a 0 I would be doing so! We are extremely? dissatisfied? with their service depart! We had a recall on our Ford Transit van If it was possible to give a 0 I would be doing so! We are extremely? dissatisfied? with their service depart! We had a recall on our Ford Transit van that we called about getting fixed. They said they had to order the parts and would call us when they came in. Two weeks went by, no call. We called them and they had the parts. We took the van to them and they repaired it. When we got it home we noticed that they?? hadn't put the back of the driver's seat back together. When we moved the seat forward we also realized that there was a problem with the front of the drive'rs seat as well. We called them about it and made an appointment to bring it back up to Longmont to repair the seat. When my husband arrived he explained the two problems with the seat. When he went back to pick it up they had managed to fix the back? but forgotten the front. Really, two simple things and they can only manage to fix one! Of course,? if I was to pull into their lot right now to buy a new vehicle they would all give me their undivided attention. That attention, unfortunately,? ends the second you pull off the lot! More
