Bad Experiences, No follow-up after the sale Unfortunately this was the 2nd car we bought here, from the same salesman! Both times the car was what we wanted and the service was terrible! The 1st Unfortunately this was the 2nd car we bought here, from the same salesman! Both times the car was what we wanted and the service was terrible! The 1st time we wanted an option and was told "No" we don't do that here, of which another Ford dealer provided for us. After our 1st experience, we never intended to buy here again. As luck would have it, they had the car we wanted again! The 2nd time we were promised things that have never been provided or followed up on. These items were NOT unreasonable either. We would have been better off going through the self-check out line! More

Finance did an adequate job, as well, although I am not completely satisfied that I got the best rate, initially. With a credit score of over 800, I feel that a 3.7% APR loan is a little high. I would recommend this dealership. More
