Overall, this was a great experience! Everyone from the shuttle drivers, the p.m. parts sales person, the cashier, and especially my service advisors were helpful, professional and friendly. The only negative I would report is the person answering the shuttle phone line in the afternoon was rude. When I called to be picked up after work, he asked me if I had taken the shuttle in the morning to indicate if I had not, I could not have a ride. You had my car all day and yes, I took the shuttle in the morning to go to work! Then when I was dropped off at the service department to pick up my car, the first person (a lady) I encountered was also rude. I asked her where I could go to pay and pick up my car and she answered that the cashier (desk) was in the same place it had always been. Since this was my first time in your service department, I really did not know where the cashier was located! However, I am giving you a great rating because the other employees more than made up for the bad ones. Great friendly service and fair pricing! Wonderful lounge with lots of goodies! More
I went in to get my windshield replaced on my 2008 Accord. I brought to Aarons attention, the leather on my center armrest was bubbling up and starting to peel. Aaron said he would look into replacing the armrest When I returned to pick up my vehicle, Aaron stated that my armrest would be replaced at no charge to me, and that he had already ordered the part. By the following weekend, my armrest was installed. My windshield looked great, but one thing. The man who installed the windshield forgot to put the housing that covered the wires back on behind the rear view mirror. I showed Aaron, and he called the installer. Within one hour, the installer was at my house, putting the housing back in my car. Aaron even called me in the evening to make sure my part had been installed, and that I was happy. Aaron cares about customers,and Honda. It clearly shows in his work ethics. Aaron went above and beyond. He is friendly, and communicates very well. We need more people like Aaron around. He is a great asset to Front Range Honda. More
I went to buy a clip for my visor (bought 2-one as a spare!) $6 for both. Then went to service dept to inquire about the panel between my front and back window. When driving at high speed-it sounds like my window is open a crack. Aaron Linder took a loook at it and fixed it inless than 2 minutes! All it needed was a new screw and some tightening. Then he changed my visor clip for me! Again-less than 2 minutes and didn't charge me for either. He also made an appt for a diagnostic for the SRS light and explained that if it's a seatbelt sensor issue that it's covered by warrantee even though my car is a 2002! That was the most enjoyalbe and inexpensive trip I have EVER made to ANY car dealer! Aaron was courteous and polite as well as informative. Great employee and a KEEPER! By the way-I don't know him -this was my first visit there. Linda Reitz More
I want to thank Aaron and service technician Ryan for their help on August 29, 2011. They quickly diagnosed the problem with my wife's 2006 Civic and had her back on the road in less than 30 minutes. I had been told that my brakes would need to be replaced a couple of months ago and finally had a chance to take my car in. I also needed my driver's air bag fixed due to a recall. Aaron said they would take care of all it.Aaron called me about 3 hours later and said they had everything done but during their courtesy inspection had discovered one of my motor mounts was broke. He explained the importance of the part and recommended I get it repaired. I told them to go ahead and fix it as well. I had asked if they do military discounts and found out they did so that took some of the sting out of the repair costs. He was friendly, as was the whole staff and he took the time to explain prices and what was done. I have always had great service from Front Range Honda, and as an example of their caring for customers, the service dept had even opened their doors 10 min early due to a line of customers waiting. More

I really appreciated her ability to make the repairs understandable. Based on her due care and diligence I will return to this Honda dealership for all my future care repairs:) More

I took my Honda Oddeesy in for a tire repair. The entire experience was outstanding. Everyone was friendly and eager to help. I could not recomend this service center more highly. I took my Odyssey in for a transmission check. Danny told me it would take up to an hour and a half but he would try for an hour. 3 hours later I hadn't heard anything, was getting tired of waiting and told me it would take up to an hour and a half but he would try for an hour. 3 hours later I hadn't heard anything, was getting tired of waiting and told the cashier I wanted my car. She called and relayed the request that I wanted my car. 20-25 minutes later I again told the cashier I wanted my car. About ten minutes later a kid showed up with my car. I left without the knowledge I came in for. I emailed Tim Baldridge, the owner, about my experience and he apologized and would look into it. I asked him to find out if the test drive had been done and the result. I didn't hear from him. A few days later I asked if "it isn't my problem" came from the top down and he, apparently didn't read my request for the information. From this experience I assume that he can afford to lose this customer. And he has. I will go somewhere else. More
