They ar I am a returning customer, owning Hyundai vehicles since 2005. Very happy with sales & service employees at Mike Morgan Hyundai of Shreveport. They are consistently friendly & helpful with whatever my needs are. I have purchased 3 Santa Fe Sports & have no complaints as to the purchase or service I received. Which is different from another nearby dealer. In 2012, I purchased a vehicle from "nearby dealer" & in less than 2 years, took it in to have front air fixed. Their service dept. was so busy & backed up, they said they couldn't even look at it for 3 days & couldn't guarantee it being fixed for 2 weeks. This was unacceptable on an almost new vehicle I'm paying > $600.00/month for & it's getting to be summer time in Louisiana. So I went across the street to where I had purchased my 2010 Santa Fe & on the spot, traded it for my 2nd Santa Fe. I've never had to put off bringing either vehicle in for service because of their service dept being backed up. My 2010 Santa Fe is still running & looking perfect. I had my 2013 Santa Fe in for service & repairs when I was tempted by this new 2017 exactly like, but smarter than it. So I traded it in & couldn't be happier. This proves, to me anyway, the high quality & dependability of Hyundai vehicles over other more "popular" brands. I don't see another brand of vehicle in my future. More
