I was really impressed with Quentin Kelly talking the time to see what type of vehicle I was looking for and the type of features or other accessories I wanted on the vehicle. With the description of the vehicle I was looking for, he was able to find me the perfect vehicle. He was informative about the vehicle's history and features on the vehicle. I enjoy how personal the whole experience was in purchasing my 2008 Jeep Liberty at Mike Patton. I will recommend my friends to visit the dealership and I sure will be looking toward purchasing my next vehicle in the future from them. More

In mid December, I was in a serious car accident that totaled my vehicle. I also sustained significant physical injuries that required surgery. I had already narrowed my decision down to two vehicles - a Honda CRV and a Toyota Rav 4. After test driving both, I decided to purchase a CRV. I visited a local dealership and negotiated what I thought was a pretty good price. Before purchasing, I decided to shop online at a few other dealerships to see if I could fair better by traveling a little further. Due to my injuries, the internet was an important tool for my research as well as communicating with dealerships. I simply wasn't up to a lot of traveling and wanted to have a deal in place prior to traveling. Of the dealerships I contacted online, ONLY Mike Patton responded back to me with anything beyond a MSRP. Brent Combs at Mike Patton offered sympathy for my situation and gave me a quote for the total cost of the vehicle that was about $250 higher than the quote I received from the local dealership. The local dealer had walked me through a worksheet that included the price, fees, taxes, etc, so I felt more confident in the deal I'd made and was ready to purchase. I called the local dealer just to confirm the quote was indeed a total cost and let him know I was on my way to purchase. To make a long story short, the local dealer's out the door cost was significantly higher than the price quoted and was negotiated down to a cost of $400 more than his original quote. It was also $150 higher than Mike Patton's. I was so disappointed in the dishonesty of the local dealership, I decided to not purchase from them, even after they offered to meet Mike Patton's price. I had no confidence that would be the price I would see when it was time to complete the deal, and I didn't have the luxury of spending days in further negotiations with them. I discussed this with Brent after my surgery. Due to my circumstances, he offered to find the vehicle in the color I wanted and have it delivered to me, rather than me driving there. In a matter of 2 days, he located a vehicle in the color I wanted and arranged to have the vehicle delivered to me. We handled all of the paperwork and financing online and over the phone. All I had to do was be at home when the driver arrived to inspect the vehicle, sign the paperwork and remit my down payment. It was such an incredibly smooth and easy transaction. There were no last minute unpleasant surprises with the cost and the vehicle was exactly what I hoped it would be. I couldn't be more pleased! Brent was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process and certainly went above and beyond to get me the vehicle I wanted in the time frame I desired. Due to the fantastic customer service I received, I would highly recommend Mike Patton to anyone interested in purchasing a new vehicle. More

We decided to travel to this dealership because they had worked on my Honda Pilot once when we had trouble on the road near LaGrange. We were very impressed with the service department. When we began to look for a 2010 CRV fully loaded, we were unable to find one in Macon or Columbus. The best we could find was a dealership in Macon that would try to get us one by December. When I called LaGrange and talked to Mr. Vaughan, he said he was relatively certain they could locate what we wanted, and he did. In the interim, we went and tested a 2010 on the lot. When we arrived, a lady greeted us by name, and Mr.Vaughan was extremely friendly, helpful, and not high-pressure. He did everything within the time frame he told us and communicated with us regularly. He rode with us in the car until we felt comfortable with the navigation system, voice commands, etc. We have contacted him twice since we bought the car, and he has answered our e-mails. We think Mr. Vaughan is a fine person and represents this dealership well. Everyone with whom we had contact, including the lady who handled the paperwork, was very pleasant and helpful. More
