The woman at the service desk was amazing! She was so professional and patient, and she explained the process and timing so I knew what to expect. She was terrific! The mechanics were efficient, and I appreciated that. The customer service area was comfortable with free Wifi, soft pretzels and coffee. I didn’t have to wait long for my car. I’m really happy with the folks at Mike Piazza Honda!
